Sergio Aceves has been an integral part of Caltrans for more than 25 years.
As the District 3 Director, Sergio manages an operating budget of more than $555 million and an overall project portfolio consisting of 358 projects valued at approximately $5.3 billion, including 84 active construction contracts valued at $1.8 billion. From the early planning phase of a project to its completion, Sergio is dedicated to improving California's state highway system.
