Sierra Chapter Kicks off a New Year

As we kick off the 2026-27 year, I want to begin with thanking Lincoln Leaman for his leadership as president this past year. He brought Sierra Chapter our first Past Presidents Gala, which was a huge success and raised thousands of dollars for our scholarship fund. Lincoln now joins the ranks of our State Directors.
Stepping into his shoes as President, I’m joined by Vice President Elizabeth Schlegel and Tatevik Janvelyan as Secretary/Treasurer. Together, we look forward to an exciting year ahead!
One of my goals is to help you maximize your ACEC membership. The more I talk to members the more I hear questions such as: What is ACEC? What do they do? and How can I get involved? Our job as a chapter is to answer those questions.
To support this goal, we’ll launch the year with an Intro to ACEC panel discussion. You’ll learn what ACEC is doing for you, what we have planned for the year, and how you can get involved.

The Sierra Chapter’s inaugural meeting opens with a powerhouse panel ready to share their knowledge and experiences to help familiarize you with the many benefits of ACEC membership and answer your questions.
Our panel includes small business, large business, and ACEC California state staff representation who will share their unique perspectives on the value that ACEC provides. I hope to see you at our first event of the year!
